Action Report Update

Students interested in taking the Action Report are reminded that registration for the class is "by instructor permission only."  Prior to seeking permission ensure that:

• the course will be taken during your final semester,
• any conditions placed on acceptance into the program were fulfilled, and
• any course incomplete were resolved.

In order to complete required preliminary work, contact the course instructor at least 60 days prior to the beginning of the semester.
